Coronavirus Update – A Message from Lee Harvey Computing

Dear Customers,

Lee Harvey Computing is still open for business during this worrying time. I am taking the situation seriously and I’m here to help reassure our customers.

Reliable and fully working computers are now more important than ever with more people self-isolating and also working from home.

I’m still available to visit your home to diagnose and repair your computer. However, if you are concerned about self-distancing measures, where possible I will carry out the repair from outside your house (in my repair car for example).

I can also call you when I arrive onsite, where you can leave the computer on your doorstep or safe location for me to come and pick up instead.

I have also ordered disposable gloves and face masks.

I hope all of my customers stay safe during this period and please call for further advice.

Lee took a look at my PC which I thought was in a pretty critical condition. He came round to my house to collect my tower which was really convenient. It took a couple of attempts to fix the issue but his patience paid off and my PC is back to full working order. Really nice guy to deal with, responds quickly and would highly recommend :)

My computer suddenly gave up the ghost on a Wednesday. Contacted Lee who came to the house the next day and diagnosed a dead motherboard. Not worth repairing. Lee sourced another computer came back the following Tuesday and installed it, recovering all my files and installing Word and Office. Excellent service that you cannot fault.
