Please note, that we may charge a small call out fee to cover travel costs for those who are situated outside of a 35 mile radius of St Austell.
Most computer repair work can be carried out on site and can usually be completed within a matter of hours. If, however, we diagnose a more serious problem with your computer – requiring it to be disassembled – then we would do this in our own computer workshop. Most complex computer repairs can be solved within 24 – 48 hours, however this does depend on whether additional parts need to be ordered.
Although we are happy to carry out the majority of our computer maintenance work within your home or at your place of business, for more complicated repairs such as taking your computer apart, we prefer to do this in a dust free and controlled environment. We may also need to take your computer away if we require specialist equipment or the use of soldering stations.
