If, however, we diagnose a more serious problem with your computer – requiring it to be disassembled – then we would do this in our own computer workshop. Most complex computer repairs can be solved within 24 – 48 hours, however this does depend on whether additional parts need to be ordered.
Although we are happy to carry out the majority of our computer maintenance work within your home or at your place of business, for more complicated repairs such as taking your computer apart, we prefer to do this in a dust free and controlled environment. We may also need to take your computer away if we require specialist equipment or the use of soldering stations.
