Lee Harvey was called out to a customers house to look at her computer after a previous company had supposedly upgraded her operating system from Windows XP to Windows 7.

Unfortunately, having been charged in excess of £400, she was shocked to discover that her computer was still running on Windows XP and that the original company were now unavailable to assist. This is when she called Lee Harvey Computing.

After hearing her story and the extortionate amount she was charged, Lee offered to upgrade her computer to the correct Windows 7 version but at a fraction of the price. Including labour and the cost of the Windows 7 programme, Lee was able to complete the job for only £120.

Fast forward 10 years and she remains a loyal customer, recommending Lee regularly to all of her friends.

A few years ago, a customer a came to Lee Harvey as they had a problem with a constantly flickering screen. Having taken her laptop to a well-known computer retailer, she was politely informed that it was unable to be fixed as the parts were no longer produced. Instead she was encouraged to purchase a brand new laptop for around £500.

When she called Lee, he also told her that the part was incredibly difficult to get hold of, however, all she really needed in order to fix the problem was a new screen cable - available at a fraction of the cost.

Her laptop was repaired within the week thanks to a brand new cable and at a cost of less than £80 total!
